A training programme on “Management of rice fallow by Rajma cultivation in Mizoram” was organized by ICAR Research Complex for NEH Region, Mizoram Centre, Kolasib under AICRP Seed Project (ISP) on 13th November, 2024 at Khawhnai village, Mamit District. A total of 17 selected farmers from Khawhnai village have attended the training programme. Rajma cultivation practices and its advantages for increasing cropping intensity in rice fallow were discussed and a fruitful interaction between the scientist and farmers on quality seed production and maintenance was there. Rajma seed (5 kg) each were distributed to the farmers.
